Welcome to App4OT. By using our website and software applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

App4OT is designed as an organizational and documentation tool for licensed Occupational Therapists. It is NOT intended to replace professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. The clinician using the software bears full responsibility for all clinical decisions, scoring, and interpretations.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your active subscription or license plan.
App4OT is designed with an "offline-first" architecture. We do not store your patient data on our cloud servers. All patient data, clinical notes, and generated reports remain strictly on your local device and are protected by AES-256 encryption. It is your responsibility to secure your device and ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, App4OT and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
