Welcome to App4OT. By using our website and software applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
App4OT is designed as an organizational and documentation tool for licensed Occupational Therapists. It is NOT intended to replace professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. The clinician using the software bears full responsibility for all clinical decisions, scoring, and interpretations.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your active subscription or license plan.
App4OT is designed with an "offline-first" architecture. We do not store your patient data on our cloud servers. All patient data, clinical notes, and generated reports remain strictly on your local device and are protected by AES-256 encryption. It is your responsibility to secure your device and ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
A. Pricing & Billing: Certain features, licenses, diagnostic report tokens, or subscriptions require payment of applicable fees as presented on our Pricing page or within the application. All charges are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
B. Recurring Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time without fee or penalty via your account settings or by emailing support@app4ot.com. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
C. Single Diagnostic Assessments (Pay-Per-Report): We offer single diagnostic assessments and token packs. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)) and applicable international consumer laws, ungenerated assessment credits are eligible for a 14-day statutory refund. Once a clinician authorizes and completes the immediate generation of a diagnostic report, the digital service is fully delivered and non-refundable, except in cases of verifiable technical defect.
D. Comprehensive Refund Terms: All statutory rights, regional cooling-off periods (EU 14-day withdrawal, UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, GCC), refund timelines, and technical failure guarantees are governed by our complete Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, App4OT and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
