Privacy Policy & Data Deletion

Welcome to App4OT. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our application.
1. Data We Collect
We only collect the absolute minimum data required to provide our service to you as a therapist:
- Account Information: We collect your email address and name when you create an account. This is used solely for authentication and account management.
- Local Patient Data: Any patient information you enter (names, diagnoses, medical history) is stored locally on your device using secure local databases. We do not transmit, collect, or store patient health data on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your email and account information are used exclusively to:
- Authenticate you into the application securely via Firebase Authentication.
- Manage your subscription status and billing.
- Provide customer support.
3. Account & Data Deletion
You have the full right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data from our cloud servers.
How to delete your account:
- In the App: Go to the main screen, tap the Settings (Gear) icon in the top right corner, and select "Delete Account" (UsuĊ konto). Your data will be immediately and permanently erased from our Firebase servers.
- Via Email: You can also request account deletion by emailing us directly at support@app4ot.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days.
Note: Deleting your account will not delete patient profiles stored locally on your device, as we do not have access to them. You must delete the app or clear the app's local data to remove local patient records.
4. Security
We implement robust security measures to protect your account information. All data transmitted between your app and our authentication servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols.
